نتيجة طبيعة المنتج (لوجي). فإن شركة فوتك لا تقبل الإرجاع والتبديل إلا في حال وجود عيب الدمية من المصنع، بشرط عدم فتح أو استخدام الكود المرفق في تفعيل الدمية.

وفي حال وجود عيب من المصنع، يمكنكم إرجاع أو استبدال مشترياتكم خلال فترة ١٤ يوم من تاريخ الشراء الفعلي. ويجب أن يصل المنتج إلى عنوان مكتبنا 3829, The one Tower, TECOM, Dubai, UAE بحالة سليمة.

في حال فتح او استخدام الكود المرفق مع الدمية, لا يمكن إعادة الدمية.

سوف تكون آلية ارجاع المبالغ في حالة مطابقتها للشروط كما يلي:
في حال الدفع عن طريق بطاقة الائتمان فسيتم إعادة المبلغ عن طريق نفس بطاقة الائتمان التي استخدمت عند الشراء.
، أما في حالات الدفع النقدي، فيمكن استرداد المبلغ عن طريق خدمة الباي بال، أو نقداً في حال استلام المبلغ من مكتبنا في دبي.
ولا يتم إرجاع تكاليف الشحن، ويتحمل الزبون أيضاً تكاليف الشحن إلى مكاتبنا.

  • الجمارك والمصاريف الأخرى: تتحمل الشركة مصاريف الشحن في حال ذكر الشحن مجاني. أو يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن في حال ذكر غير ذلك. وفي كلتا الحالتين، تنحصر مسؤولية الشركة في تحمل تكاليف الإرسال من الإمارات العربية المتحدة، أما أية مصاريف أخرى كجمارك أو رسوم أخرى يتم فرضها في بلدك فهي مسؤولية المشتري.

    Delivery Terms:

    • Dispatch within 3 business days for all the orders placed by 12:00 pm UAE time.
    • All orders placed after 12:00 pm, will go for the next day processing.
    • Orders placed on Thursday after 12:00 pm, Fridays and Saturday, will be processed on Sunday.
    • All deliveries will be done from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm localtime in business days.
    • No delivery on public holidays and local weekends. (May vary from country to country).

    Delivery Charges:

    • Delivery charges depends upon on the number and location.
    • Please check rates during checkout.
    • All taxes including customs fee needs to be facilitated by the customer, if any.

     

    Return Policy:

    • Due to the nature of the product (Loujee), Votek (the company) does not accept returns of the product in any case other than a a defect in manufacturing of the toy from the factory, provided the activation code provided has not already been opened and used to activate the toy
    • In the event of a manufacturing defect from the factory, you may return or replace your purchases within the period of 3 days from delivery, with the defect product being mailed to the following address: Boutique Offices, Villa 7, Knowledge Village, Dubai U.A.E. P.O. Box 73030.
    • In cases of the activation code being opened or used, we are unable to supply a replacement toy.
    • In the case of product return, a refund will be issued using the same payment method in which the product was paid for.
    • Shipping costs are not included in refunds, the customer also bears the shipping costs of sending the defect product to the specified Office address.
    • If the return goods are not in the same condition as delivered, we have the right to negotiate on case to case basis.
    • All returns must contain a copy of the delivery Airway bill number and order number.
    • Make your claim for damage items on delivery or missing items within 12 hours of receipt of merchandise.

    Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations depends on whether your order has been shipped or not.
    • If the order is shipped, we would not be able to cancel it.
    • In case you are not satisfied, then follow the return policy.
